Random Photos: Childhood McDonalds

Traveling down the road recently I saw a local McDonald's being demolished. My mother said they're building a new one, but that was the McDonalds that I grew up with. I remember the playground, and countless Happy Meals. I rarely ever went there in recent years because it has some of the worst staff of any McDonald's I've ever seen, but it was sad seeing it bulldozed.

Maybe more of them should be bulldozed. : )
It is sad though to see something you've known all your life being destroyed.

Yes, it's bittersweet to see the physical location of childhood memories disappear.

kind of sad though. But the new one should be really nice.

I'm sure the new one will be really nice. They tore mine down a few years back and the playground is amazing now!

It's always sad when places we created childhood memories in disappear.

Interesting; they just bulldozed the McDonalds near us. The new one looks much the same.

I didn't realize the old McDonald's were coming down.

McDonald's is a very popular place. I live near two, but seldom go there. Try not to eat too much fast food stuff.

I'd feel sad too...it's like a part of history, you know?

Even though it is sad to see it go, it seems for the better, as you did say that the staff were not very good, and service is important, especially today with all the competition out there.
