Random Photo: Cat on the Porch

I went outside the other night, and I saw an animal run off the porch. It went so fast, I didn't see much of it before it ran under my wife Daisy's car. I figured it was either a cat or a raccoon, but I was hoping it was a feline. Daisy heard the cat meowing about 20 minutes later and we got to see the cat hanging out near the steps. He looked at us from the glass screen door for about 30 seconds and walked away.

It must have been just as curious about you!

C'mon Adam - the cat must have turned for you to see that it was a "TOM".
Hopefully it was not a feral cat, so if you have canaries, finches or budgerigars in a cage inside, it wasn't "casing"
your home???? I suggest you lock up well or else, you won't have to worry about the washing up chores/duties, it will be
cleaning up feathers!

Maybe he'll come back for a visit.
What state are you in, Adam? And how much snow did you get?

Sandra - if you read blogs carefully, Adam and Daisy live in Spartanburg, SC and the present temperature - 11.00 pm Friday is -2 Celsius and there is a Winter Storm Warning alert.
Or do you just get a kick out of seeing your name on a blog????

Good thing it wasn't a bears...or skunk.

"bj"
If maybe the cat put Adam in a state of "SHOCK", then God only knows what would have happened as Stephen below suggests it was a bear!!
I may have been a case of RIGOR MORTIS setting in and we can't have than happening!

Oops - so shocked at the prospect of the demise of Adam with that bear possibility - should read "can't have THAT happening!"
