Fact of the Day: Chinese Bees

The world's largest producer of honey by far is China.

I believe that to be correct.
We haven't got hardly any bees in our backyard this summer - don't know what's happened to them.

The Chinese use a lot of honey in cooking, so that would be
expected.
Rarely do I see a bee in my area these days - courtesy of those mongrel Indian Myna birds!!!
