I once worked as a produce clerk for a supermarket, and I often would be the "closer". I lived about 8 miles away, so if I wanted something there I usually got it on a work-day. Which meant I'd usually get it on my lunch break. I saw a pack of cookies on special, so I got it after I ate lunch. I didn't want to walk out to my car (as they made us park FAR away), so I just took the bag back with me to my department where I put my keys. A lady saw me and asked me if that was my dinner as she was worried. I have seen really awful excuses for lunches (like a soda and a bag of chips) from other people, but really?
