Fact of the Day: Priest Stalin

When Joseph Stalin was 16 he received a scholarship for a religious school for the Russian Orthodox Church. The school trained him to be a priest, ironically he became an atheist before the year was over and done with.

Such a pity that the nobles who murdered Rasputin and dumped eventually into the frozen River Neva, didn't get "Priest to be" Stalin also for an un-expected swim in the Neva.
One of the World's greatest murderers - terrible creature.
I don't think a count has even been able to establish how many people Stalin had murdered.

A reverse scenario played out no doubt. Was it a turning point in his life maybe?

I wonder what made him take that direction.
