Turn Your Clocks Forward Tonight

For those who live in areas that observe daylight savings time that is. This is the one where we "lose" an hour of sleep. Why do we keep doing this again?

This makes me crazy because I have to constantly remember the time difference when calling our kids in Chicago and Maryland. Hawaii does not change, of course, but everybody else does.

I just saw a joke on Facebook that showed a Native American saying: "Only the government would think that by cutting the top of the blanket and putting it at the bottom would give you a longer blanket."

I don't know why but I wish we didn't. I'm back to walking in the dark again, at least for a little while.
