Fact of the Day: Wolf Peace

Wolves have mostly had an antagonistic relationship with humans. They were often hunted because of attacks on livestock. They proved less likely to harm humans as most known attacks by wolves were usually by ones suffering from rabies.

Rabies is unknown in Australia - thus our very Strict Quarantine laws which the Depps didn't think concerned them.
They are lucky that besides the hefty fine, they were not jailed for 10 years!
Let the Depps be a lesson for the rest of the World.

Humans usually are more the cause, except for rabies.

Foxes also get rabies and you can usually tell by their condition.

Poor wolves. I love them. Several years ago we had the most beautiful dog, part Lab, part Timber Wolf. He was very smart and very gentle. Congratulations to you and Daisy on your new home!
