Fact of the Day: Swedish Driving

Sweden used to drive on the left of the road until the 3rd of September in 1967. The main reason for the change was that Norway and Finland drove on the right, and that most Swedish people drove cars with the drivers' seat on the left.

I'd hate to be driving on the road the day the change took place. : )
I lived in Scotland for 4 years and got used to driving on the left and then when we came back to the states it was strange driving on the right again!!

It's a problem when neighboring countries drive on the other side of the road.
