Random Photo: Chicken Time

While I'm a vegetarian, my wife Daisy is not. I don't try to enforce my views upon her, and frankly I stopped caring what others eat a long time ago. She really likes getting a small rotisserie chicken  from the deli at the supermarket. I like that she can get several meals out of it.

I love those chickens. I like tearing apart the bones and flesh while eating it with my hands and knife and fork.

They are pretty good. The best part is you don't have to cook it yourself!

We try to eat more veggies with our meal whenever we can. It keeps our weight down and feel healthier. I admire vegetarians who can keep to their diet and keep track of their proteins effectively.

Good for you for not trying to change Daisy's eating habits. When I went vegetarian, I made sure not to try to change my family if they didn't want to. I do make a lot of meatless meals that are appealing to everyone, but do still make them meaty meals every once in a while (like tacos) but just cook myself beans to put on mine.

Glad you don't try to make her vegetarian also.
