Fact of the Day: No Dinosaurs in Florida

While there are many notable things you can do in Florida, you cannot collect fossils of dinosaurs there because they don't exist. Florida was actually under-water for the entirety of the existence of dinosaurs.

But weren't there sea dinosaurs? I've seen pictures of some nasty looking creatures in the ocean during the age of dinosaurs.
