Fact of the Day: Irish Viking Cities

Many cities in Ireland such as Dublin and Limerick actually started out as viking colonies.

I did a family tree and after my entire family thought we were Irish and from Ireland..I found out that our family goes back to the vikings who raided England(with Rolo)..broke all my uncles hearts that we aren't Irish..I on the other hand looove having viking roots.
