Fact of the Day: Dark Matter

Dark matter is what many scientists believe makes up the majority of the universe, where regular matter only makes up about 15%. It is unknown what really makes up dark matter but its believed its not made up of any elements on the periodic table.

I wonder if Nasa has ever tried to "capture" dark matter to analzye like it did comet dust.

I think it's so scary and awesome at the same time how much we still don't know about what's really out there, eh? I've always been really curious especially about black holes.
