Photo: Recent Snow Before Christmas Even Starts

We don't usually get snow, but we got some for about a twenty four hour period not long ago. Our cars got a good bit of it, but I was easily able to get it off with an ice scraper. Didn't even need to use ice melt as the snow didn't freeze up.
When I left work, it was starting to melt.
We're not sure how old my mother's cat Danny is, but this might be his first snow he's ever seen. My mother said he was quite excited to see the snowflakes.

  2. I didn't experience snow growing up in California but here in Oregon we get snow a few times each winter. The novelty has long since worn off.

  3. Beach weather reigns supreme here in Australia now.
You may keep your snow and the cold of the Northern winters.
Sand and surf I definitely now prefer as I grow into a fine
    old age - ha ha.

  7. It's been mild here. It did snow quite a bit earlier in the month, but this week it is raining so it has all melted. I'm okay with that. I hate snow.
