Fact of the Day: Green Subway Metros
Subway metro systems (rapid-transit) are often used by cities as it uses far less land and is more eco-friendly than using just a system of motorways.
A couple weeks, the Husband I found out that driving up to the last southern stop for the BART and jumping on it was the best way to get into San Francisco. Same amount of time if we drove, but no dealing with parking.
Amazing how things have changed over the years as in transport.
