All pandas in non-Chinese zoos are simply on loan from China, this also counts baby pandas born in other countries.

Our panda in Tokto became one years old. We need to return the panda in one year.

My hometown zoo (Calgary, Alberta). Currently has pandas, they just arrived this year. We had them back in 1988 as well.
