Fact of the Day: Betsy Bonaparte

When Napoleon's youngest brother Jerome Bonaparte married an American socialite named Elizabeth Patterson, his Emperor brother was not very happy. Despite Elizabeth being pregnant, eventually Napoleon got his way and the marriage ended and his brother married a German princess instead of the woman he loved.

Elizabeth Patterson may have been a GOLD DIGGER.
I'm surprised a Yank would have been in a position to
be a lover to a young Bonaparte.
I'd never heard of this person and her short claim to fame.

The off-spring if it lived was not by any chance a relationship
resulting in that looney in charge of the USA and the laughing stock of the World??????????????????????

Most likely not. Trump doesn't have much American heritage. His dad was born the child of German immigrants, and his mom was Scottish. So there ya go.
