Fact of the Day: North Korean Winter Olympics

While North Korea surprised many by showing diplomatic unity with South Korea during the 2018 Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea, they did not improve their stance at earning medals. They walked away with zero medals. The last time they won a medal at the Winter Olympics was in 1992.

  2. That's actually kinda sad that the athletes who went there from NK didn't get anything.

  3. There used to be a time when athletes from communist countries seem to win an amazing amount of medals. Now one of the few remaining communist countries left can't even win one.
