Photos: Smashburger Dulles Airport

We had at least a good hour to wait before our flight was ready, so I told my wife Daisy we should look around and get a snack or something.
I was a bit shocked to see Smashburger open for breakfast. Some burger places aren't open for breakfast.
From what I recall, I don't think they serve biscuts. Daisy got a breakfast burger and she was happy.
I ate before we got to the airport, but I wanted something extra on my stomach before the flight. So I just had a strawberry milkshake. It was pretty good.

  4. Some times when we are hungry we eat lunch or dinner for breakfast. My daughters would eat cold left over pizza on weekend. I always thought that was gross. I bet they wouldn't dream of doing that now. LOL. Your Daisy is a cute young lady , Love her smile. Blessings to you both, xoxo, Susie

  8. Of course food outlets at airports are open. There are such places as 24 hour airports and people are in transit just might like something better than economy airline meals.
United Airlines and British Airlines serve food in economy that even pigs would turn their snouts up at.

    1. I figured as much, but this Smashburger is open between 6:30am-10pm. So late night passengers would be out of luck, though I'm sure something else would be open.

    2. I am sure there are other "fast food" outlets at Dulles International. In 2017 this many people,22,892,504, passed through terminals at Dulles. (Got from Wikipedia).
Add on the sightseers and people in the non-security areas seeing friends off and you have a BLOODY lot of mouths to feed and quench!

  10. Never had them, but probably wouldn’t stop in unless they had a veggie burger on the menu.
