Photos: Presents on the 26th

We did the extended family Christmas on the 26th because of everyone's time worked best on that day. My brother Brandon and his family didn't get to make it since the nieces were sick. My mom wanted to include Little Iz via Facetime but she was crying and couldn't handle watching her cousins open presents. While meant with good will, it wasn't the greatest idea my mother had.
Mr. K, Mr. C, and Little K enjoyed their presents. Though Mr. C likes to be silly.
Everyone else played the White Elephant game so we only had to get one present each. My brother Zach had done the trick where he wrapped a bunch of presents over each other in a big box. It was two movies and a hat. My mother ended up with that one. We got a Regal movies card (plus candy) and a set of cups for Daisy.

That sounds like a really fun Christmas, Adam---except for the sick family members. I hope you and Daisy have a wonderful 2019.

We used to wait until New Years Day for the whole family to exchange gifts. That worked best for us. But, any day spent with family is time well spent!

Great to spend time with family when you can, and hate that your brother and his family missed out. What a great gift you received! Hugs...and Happy New Year! RO

Sounds like a really good time. We all got together on the 26h, as well. The only day where everyone could attend.

Shame for those who were not well, but it sounds good family time shared.

Too bad everyone couldn't be together, but it did look enjoyable for those who could attend.

Poor Little Iz! The date December 25th doesn't matter so much, it's getting together with those you love when it works for everyone. I'm 68, and I still love unwrapping presents ~ LOL I'm glad that you had a nice Christmas!
